An update on US import duties
As of late July, United States customs has changed the way import duties are calculated on parcels arriving from Australia. Rather than a single flat rate, duty is now determined by the type of product — and it applies to every order, regardless of value.
To keep things simple and fair, any US import duties are now calculated and included at checkout — so the price you see is the full price, with nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives. We wish to be entirely transparent: these duties are set by US customs, not by us. We have no control over the amounts; we simply pass them on, and no part of them stays with Wisteria Road.
