Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We hope you adore your Wisteria Road products — but if something isn't quite right, here's our refund, return and exchanges policy.
Returning an item
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for both domestic and international orders. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (box and pouch). Refunds will not be processed for items that show signs of wear or damage upon return.
We're happy to offer exchanges if sizing is incorrect.
How to return
Write to info@wisteriaroad.com to receive the return address. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Include your order number or full name on a note with your return package.
Clearly label the customs form as “RETURNED GOODS – ZERO CUSTOM VALUE.” Any customs duties charged will be deducted from your refund if not labelled correctly.
Refund adjustments
A $5 AUD processing fee applies if an entire order is returned. For large orders returned in full, a $10 AUD fee will be deducted due to packaging and shipping costs.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost ($10 AUD domestic, $15–$30 AUD international) will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds cover the item price only; shipping fees for delivery or returns are non-refundable.
What can't be returned
Sale items and B Grade items cannot be returned.
Free gifts (e.g. pouches) must be returned with the original order to receive a full refund. If not returned, the value of the gift ($5 AUD for pouches) will be deducted from your refund.
We do not issue refunds if the socket has been dislodged from the enamel piece due to excessive force. Our team reserves the right to review submitted images and determine if the damage was caused by misuse. Please note, these sockets are designed with a strong magnet and should only be removed by sliding them side to side — not by pulling directly — to ensure safe and proper use.
