We ship worldwide, and we'd rather tell you exactly what to expect — costs, timeframes and any customs charges — than have anything turn up as a surprise. Here's how it all works.
When Your Order Ships
In-stock orders leave our studio within 1–3 business days. Pre-order items ship on the date listed on their product page, and if your order contains a pre-order item, everything ships together when it arrives.
Every parcel is sent tracked. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way, and you can follow it any time on our Track My Order page.
What Shipping Costs
Customs & Duties
United States
Any US import duties are calculated and shown at checkout — you'll see product price, shipping and duties listed separately before you pay, so there are no unexpected costs. Your parcel is pre-cleared through Australia Post's system, which means nothing extra is owed on delivery and no customs delays on arrival. Wisteria Road does not profit from these fees; 100% goes directly to US customs.
European Union
Since 1 July 2026, the EU applies a flat €3 customs duty per item on parcels arriving from outside the EU, plus your country's VAT. These charges are collected by the delivery carrier when your parcel arrives, and some carriers add a small handling fee of their own. We'd rather tell you plainly than have it turn up as a surprise at your door — please factor roughly €3 per item plus VAT into your order. Full details on our EU Shipping Update page.
United Kingdom, Canada & everywhere else
Depending on your country's rules and your order value, local import taxes or duties may apply. These charges are set by your government, collected on arrival, and are the recipient's responsibility. We're genuinely sorry for any frustration these extra costs cause — they affect all overseas sellers, and none of them come to us.
What This Means For You
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we're unable to recover parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address. If your order hasn't arrived within the timeframes above, write to us at Info@wisteriaroad.com and we'll chase it with the carrier for you.
