US TARIFFS

 

Due to the upcoming changes to U.S. import tariffs—set to take effect at the end of August—we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend all new orders from the United States. These new regulations will impose significantly higher duties and fees on goods imported into the U.S., especially those shipped from Australia and China (where many of our components and products are sourced)

This decision isn’t one we’ve taken lightly. The incoming tariff structure includes a combination of flat-rate charges (between $80-$200) and increased value-based tariffs, which could dramatically raise shipping and product costs for our customers. Rather than pass these unexpected costs onto you without notice or clarity, we’re taking a short pause to reassess our pricing, shipping solutions, and fulfillment strategies.

We're actively working behind the scenes to find the best possible way forward. Our goal is to maintain affordability and transparency, without compromising the quality or care you expect from us.

We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition. Current and already-placed U.S. orders will still be fulfilled as usual, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way. We hope to reopen U.S. ordering as soon as we have a fair, sustainable solution in place.
