Domestic Shipping (Australia):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days (Price based on your location, size and weight of package)

International Shipping:

New Zealand: 7–10 Business Days (Price based on your location, size and weight of package)

Rest of the World: 10–15 Business Days (Price based on your location, size and weight of package)

International delivery is available to most other countries, including Canada, US, UK, and parts of Asia, South America, and other regions.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped using Australia Post or Sendle.

We strive to dispatch items within 2 weeks of your order being placed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not liable for refunds or replacement if incorrect details are provided.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track their parcel and ensure it is successfully delivered or collected from their local postal provider. Once an order leaves our hands, Wisteria Road has no control over delivery timeframes, local courier handling, or collection procedures.

Wisteria Road will not be held liable for parcels that are not collected, refused, or returned due to incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts. In such cases, a refund will only be issued once the item has been returned to us, and shipping fees will not be refunded, as the order was fulfilled correctly on our end.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

For large orders returned in full, a $10 AUD fee will be deducted due to packaging and shipping costs.

Refunds cover the item price only; shipping fees for delivery or returns are non-refundable.
