Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Information
REFUND, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
We hope you adore your Wisteria Road products but if something isn’t quite right, here’s our refund, return and exchanges policy.
Refund Adjustments:
A $5 AUD processing fee applies if an entire order is returned.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost ($10 AUD domestic, $15–$30 AUD international) will be deducted from your refund.
Exclusions:
Sale items and B Grade items cannot be returned.
Free gifts (e.g., pouches) must be returned with the original order to receive a full refund. If not returned, the value of the gift ($5 AUD for pouches) will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
Return Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for both domestic and international orders.
Exchanges: We’re happy to offer exchanges if sizing is incorrect.
Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (box and pouch).
Quality Check: Refunds will not be processed for items that show signs of wear or damage upon return.
For Damaged Items: Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned in all origonal packaging, and after the damage is inspected.
How to Return:
Contact us at info@wisteriaroad.com to receive the return address. We’ll respond within 24hours.
Include your order number or full name on a note with your return package.
For international returns, clearly label the customs form as “RETURNED GOODS – ZERO CUSTOM VALUE.” Any customs duties charged will be deducted from your refund if not labeled correctly.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For large orders returned in full, a $10 AUD fee will be deducted due to packaging and shipping costs.
Refunds cover the item price only; shipping fees for delivery or returns are non-refundable.
